Product Description
Water Treatment Chemical Flocculant Nonionic Anionic Cationic Polyacrylamide
Cationic Polyacrylamide (CPAM) is widely used in municipal and industrial wasted water treatment, it is the best option for sludge DEWATERING processing. CPAM is an environmental friendly chemical which has the advantages of :1. Less adoption: 0.1% solution can have better or same performance compare with other brands (0.15-0.3%);2. Short dissolving time: 60 minutes in summer time, 90 minutes in winter time;3. Working PH condition: CPAM can have perfect performance in PH from 1 to 14;4. Flocculation enhancement: Special carboxyl on the polymer line-chain makes the bridging absorbency much stronger which makes the flocculation/coagulation/sedimentation more faster;5. Strong dewatering: Special cation monomer makes the dewatering strength much more stronger, which can save more cost in after treated sludge pressing process.6. Save more production costs: less adoption, short dissolving time, quick flocculation and strong dewatering all save production costs, as continuous and low energy production is more important for all end users.Advantage:The type of cationic polyacrylamide ion degree should be selected according to the dehydration type in the sludge dehydration, and the filter press is suitable for the cationic PAM of 15%-40% ionization degree. The centrifuge is suitable for 30%-60% ionicity. If the degree of ionization is too low, there will be "run mud" during the process of inaccurate dewatering of the flocs. If the degree of ionization is too high, there will be such problems as poor mud removal and sludge sticky filter cloths.
